The managing committee of Mumbai Press Club has accepted the resignation of club President Shri Kumar Ketkar with immediate effect. Mr Ketkar has resigned soon after taking oath as a Rajya Sabha member of the Indian National Congress on April 3 2018.

While resigning, Mr Ketkar assured us that he would do whatever is necessary and proper, for the club to make it a leading media representative organisation.

Mumbai Press Club respects Mr Ketkar’s decision and wishes him the best in his next endeavour. We would also like to thank him for all his efforts, help and advice while he was President of Mumbai Press Club.

We wish Mr Ketkar the best of luck.
